About Our Agency

Our office is located in Downtown Sand Springs. I have been a State Farm agent since 2010. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Role Description

As an Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Lane - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. Responsibilities

Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience in sales or customer service preferred. Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
