Job Title: Assembler Job Description

Perform assembly and sub-assembly of all parts. Regularly use hand and power tools. Be open to assisting in different departments of operations as needed.

• Experience with assembly and sub-assembly of large parts.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical assembly skills.
• Experience with assembly lines and general labor tasks.

• 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.

The work takes place in a clean shop equipped with updated equipment, good lighting, and a cool atmosphere during summer, although there is no air conditioning.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
