Join a growing manufacturing team building large chiller units and cooling systems used in data centers, industrial facilities, and mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy using tools, working with mechanical components, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Friday: 5:30 AM - 10:00 AM, $22.17/hr

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM, $24.17/hr

What You'll Do

• Assemble large industrial chiller units and cooling systems
• Install mechanical components including panels, frames, brackets, piping, insulation, and hardware
• Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, wrenches, sockets, and rivet tools
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly, fit-up, and final product build activities
• Package and prepare completed units for shipment
• Assist with material movement and general production support
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Cross-train on additional product lines and custom builds

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and basic assembly drawings
• Manufacturing, construction, automotive, maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.17 - $24.17/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
