Vice President, Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This executive will shape the marketing vision for a medical device business, with a strong emphasis on product positioning, brand strategy, and launch execution. The role will partner closely with product, commercial, and communications teams to support growth, market awareness, and informed decision-making. It also calls for leadership across internal communications, public relations, and high-visibility events in a regulated healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $228,000 – $422,050 annually Responsibilities Develop product positioning and messaging for the company's products Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches Oversee brand strategy and manage communications across all channels Plan and execute marketing operations for medical conferences and team events Provide input into product development and market assessments Manage internal communications and public relations functions Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape Qualifications Minimum 15 years in a leadership role within the medical device sector BA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Strong understanding of business finances and strategic marketing Experience with balloon catheter platforms is a plus Familiarity with PR, IR, and social media marketing channels is preferred Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Experience in both start-up and large company environments Benefits 401(k) and pension plan participation 120 hours of vacation per year Up to 40 hours of personal and family time off 480 hours of parental leave within one year of a child's birth or adoption 32 hours of volunteer leave per year Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
