About the Role
The Company is in search of an inaugural Associate CIO for Data Management, Integration, and Analytics. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's data strategy, governance, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an enterprise data strategy that is in line with institutional priorities, establishing a clear data roadmap, and integrating new data sources to foster innovation. A key focus will be on refining and implementing a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring data quality, and advancing standards for data sharing and responsible use. The role also involves leading the planning for a new ERP platform and contributing expertise in data strategy, integrity, and outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a graduate degree, and at least 15 years of leadership experience in data strategy or management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex data strategy initiatives, experience in building and leading data analytics teams, and a strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture. Essential qualifications include excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence change across a decentralized organization. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the gravitas to develop and embed a framework for information and analytics governance.
