Sr. Project Manager

Project Manager – CMD Marketing Operations Pacific Life is actively seeking a talented Project Manager to join our CMD Marketing Operations team in Newport Beach, CA. The role supports marketing initiatives for the division across webpages, social ads, social posts, emails, flyers, brochures, and blogs. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day project management of all assigned marketing projects. Develop project timelines and key delivery dates to ensure completion on time. Communicate status and project updates to team members. Input projects into the project management system. Participate in production schedule meetings and communicate status updates and urgent matters that need attention. Work with and support content managers for routing and approval of marketing materials – distribute materials, gather comments from reviewers, update system status, and ensure accurate documentation of reviewer sign‑offs. Suggest and provide feedback on workflow enhancements to make production processes as efficient as possible. Provide end‑user support and drive issue resolution, ensuring production issues are addressed in a timely manner; maintain an issue log, track resolution, and report status. Experience & Qualifications Self‑motivated, self‑starter with the ability to drive decisions and consensus to resolve issues. Ability to oversee multiple projects, deliverables, and resources independently. Experience executing projects under strict deadlines and handling numerous projects simultaneously with flexibility for last‑minute requests. Organized with strong analytical skills, flexible, and able to work well with all levels of the organization. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience building and maintaining strong business relationships with corporate and business partners. What Makes You Stand Out Project management experience. Experience using a project management system (e.g., Aprimo, Workfront, Monday.com). Compensation Base Pay Range: $113,490.00 – $138,710.00 (subject to experience, qualifications, and geographic location). Additional incentive pay may be available.
