Desktop Support Engineer

Our client is a well-capitalized quantitative trading firm with a strong and established presence across crypto and digital assets. As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on support across core IT infrastructure, end-user technology, identity and access management, networking, and day-to-day technology operations. This role will directly support traders, researchers, portfolio managers, and senior executives in a fast-paced trading floor environment. The position offers broad exposure to systems administration, cloud platforms, endpoint management, security operations, and office network infrastructure, making it an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand their technical breadth within a highly collaborative and performance-driven organization. Responsibilities Administer identity and access management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, access reviews, and authentication controls across core business platforms. Manage and support enterprise SaaS environments, collaboration platforms, productivity tools, and day-to-day technical operations. Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and firewall appliances. Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, account access, endpoint management, and connectivity-related issues. Support security-focused operational initiatives while maintaining documentation, asset inventories, vendor relationships, and IT best practices.
