Due to continued growth and national expansion, we are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Team Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the Southeast/Southwest Houston territories including:

League City, Pearland, Pasadena, LaMarque, Texas City, Richmond, Missouri City, Galveston, Alvin, Lake Jackson, LaPorte, Clear Lake City & Baytown.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Team Manager , you will lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales consultants while driving revenue growth within your territory.

This role is ideal for leaders who are competitive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Our managers are expected to lead by example, actively support their teams in the field, and implement Bulldog’s proven sales systems and training programs to produce consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside sales representatives
• Lead daily sales activities and motivate team performance
• Conduct ride-alongs and coaching sessions with team members
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue growth
• Ensure team members deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain a strong presence in the field and lead by example

Compensation & Benefits

Average Earnings: $135,000-$165,000+ per year
*$50,000 base salary plus commissions, overrides & bonuses

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience> preferred
• 2–3 years security alarm sales experience
• 2–3 years in-home sales experience
• 2–3 years leadership or management experience
• Outside sales experience
• Strong, verifiable work history
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Availability Monday–Friday | 1 PM – 9 PM with some flexibility
