Corporate Development Specialist

Are you an experienced corporate strategy professional ready to lead high-impact business diligence and shape company-wide growth initiatives? We are looking for an analytical leader to join a premier industry organization and drive end-to-end M&A strategy, pipeline sourcing, and business case development. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.

• Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel financial modeling (including pivot tables and forecasts) and PowerPoint presentations.

• Experience within the Aerospace, Defense, Government Services, or Technology markets.

Responsibilities

You will drive high impact business diligence and companywide strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development. Leveraging deep market insight, and analytical rigor, you will develop prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline. For M&A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each transaction. You will build detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities. You’ll work with market and functional leaders to translate business case and value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M&A process.
