SSA Group is seeking a Kitchen/Operations Leader at Brookfield Zoo to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver a guest-focused hospitality experience. You will manage prep, staffing, and inventory, coach staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations. You will report to the Food Service Operations Manager and Executive Chef, partnering with location leadership to maintain high standards, drive efficiency, and support a positive team culture across shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
