How You’ll Make an Impact As the Sales Manager, you\'ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to develop a high-performing inside sales team that delivers an exceptional customer experience while achieving company goals: Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing inside sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, providing ongoing training, developing skills in communication, relationship building, industry knowledge, and sales technique Drive sales performance by managing sales objectives, analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and leading initiatives that improve results Strengthen a consultative, value-based sales approach by coaching team members to understand customer needs, communicate Ziehler\'s value, overcome objections, and recommend the right solutions Create an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey by ensuring prospective customers receive a professional, solution-focused experience that builds trust and supports retention Improve sales effectiveness and scalability by leveraging CRM tools, AI, automation, reporting, and performance data to enhance processes and team performance Collaborate across teams and with leadership to optimize the customer journey, improve alignment, and support company growth Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture that reflects Ziehler Lawn Care\'s Purpose, Core Values, and Brand Promise What You Need What You Need Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals Experience managing, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team with direct reports Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to communicate value, overcome objections, and build customer confidence Experience using sales metrics and performance data to drive coaching and decision-making Ability and enthusiasm to leverage CRM platforms, technology, automation, and AI tools to improve sales effectiveness and scalability Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Work on-site in Centerville, OH Adaptable to extended hours as business needs require Flexibility to attend off-site training, branch visits, leadership meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
