Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Goshen Medical Center, your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for couples and families to identify presenting issues and treatment needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families, addressing dynamics such as conflicts, grief, and adjustment to life changes.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client or family.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster communication and resolution among family members.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Documenting sessions accurately and maintaining compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of challenges, such as:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction issues.
\n
• Physical or psychological abuse and trauma recovery.
\n
• Grief and loss issues stemming from various life events.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and inter-generational disputes.

• Communication difficulties and relationship stressors.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
