Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to address various mental health concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples or family units while also providing individual therapy sessions as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to improve practice and collaboration.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with clinic policies.

• Work closely with referring agents, healthcare professionals, and family members to create a cohesive support network around clients.

• Stay informed of best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with:

• Alcohol abuse and related issues
\n
• Past trauma, including physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss, particularly in the context of family dynamics
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs
\n
• Job-related stress, blended family challenges, and adjustments related to separation and divorce

• Communication difficulties within family units
\n

This role requires a deep understanding of family systems and an ability to navigate complex emotional landscapes to drive positive outcomes for clients.\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating familial and relational issues.

• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
