Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Provide couples therapy, helping partners explore their emotional difficulties and communication barriers in a supportive setting.

• Facilitate family counseling sessions aimed at improving communication patterns and resolving conflicts within family units.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, goals, and mental health diagnoses.

• Utilize diagnostic tools to assess mental health disorders, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, ideally related to marriage and family therapy.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Competence in utilizing telehealth platforms and tools for remote therapy delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
