Job Description Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip‑free china only. Coordinate the flow of service, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time. Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top‑notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full‑service dinners. Handle audio‑visual setup and troubleshooting. Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork. Responsibilities Lead event setup and breakdown. At least 6 months of banquet food service experience. Leadership potential or experience. Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
