Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Machinist III to plan, set up, program, and operate manual and CNC lathes and mills. This role requires strong blueprint interpretation, CNC programming skills, and the ability to support production efficiency and quality standards. May act in a lead capacity as directed.

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Machinist III to plan, set up, program, and operate manual and CNC lathes and mills. This role requires strong blueprint interpretation, CNC programming skills, and the ability to support production efficiency and quality standards. May act in a lead capacity as directed.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual lathes and mills
- Write and modify CNC programs from engineering drawings
- Perform first article inspections and maintain production quality throughout runs
- Maintain tooling, fixtures, offsets, and production documentation
- ssist with fixture and tooling design, prototypes, and process improvements
- Perform TPM and follow all safety and quality procedures
- Support production schedules and provide technical guidance when required
- 5+ years combined manual and CNC machining experience
- Proficiency programming CNC lathes and mills
- Experience with Haas, Mazak, and Swiss lathes
- Strong blueprint reading and advanced shop math skills
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of advanced technical training preferred
- bility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-lbs
- Manual dexterity and ability to inspect small parts using magnification.
