Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, nurses, and psychiatrists, to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.

• Maintain regular communication with clients’ primary care physicians to coordinate care for clients hospitalized for mental health reasons.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery, offering proactive support to mitigate those challenges.

• Engage with and support family members and primary caregivers by providing education and resources tailored to managing mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
