Job Summary
Welte Roofing Company is looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews. We have openings for at least 2 dedicated leaders. You will manage daily job site operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high production standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise production or service crew on daily jobs.
· Oversee installations: Slate, Tile, Copper, Shingles, Metal, and Flat Roofs.
· Monitor material inventory and request supplemental orders to prevent delays.
· Communicate project status directly with superiors at end of day.
· Complete pre/post-job photo documentation.
· Document materials used, time on site, and fill out time cards.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on roofing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/foreman role preferred.
· Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Western PA roofing systems.
· License: Valid PA Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required to drive company truck).
· Physical: Ability to climb ladders, walk steep roofs, lift up to 50–80 lbs., and work in varying Pittsburgh weather conditions.
· Communication: Ability to lead a crew professionally and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients.
