Full-Time Recruiter

Vibrant Health Systems is hiring a Full-Time Recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting for sales roles and support hiring across the organization in a hybrid setting in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles and other open positions across the company Work with leadership and hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles Create sourcing strategies using job boards , LinkedIn , referrals , direct outreach, networking, and other channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates Write and publish job postings that are accurate and compelling Review applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews Assess candidates for relevant experience, communication ability, motivation, values, and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring teams informed with timely communication Share qualified candidates with hiring managers, including clear and thoughtful recommendations Support offer preparation, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding coordination Maintain accurate recruiting records in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools Track recruiting activity and report recruiting performance metrics (including pipeline health, time to fill, and sourcing effectiveness) Contribute to employer brand strength and candidate experience Assist with workforce planning and other talent initiatives as the organization grows Requirements Minimum 3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience (strong preference for 5+ years ) Proven success recruiting sales professionals , preferably in a high-growth or performance-driven environment Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills Excellent interviewing skills, communication, relationship-building, and follow-up Strong judgment to evaluate both qualifications and cultural alignment Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented Comfort working in an evolving environment where hiring priorities can change quickly Proficiency with LinkedIn , job boards, applicant tracking systems, and standard business software Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Technologies LinkedIn Job boards Applicant tracking systems Standard business software Benefits Competitive base salary: $75,000–$85,000 DOE Bonus: Target annualized bonus range $25,000–$40,000 Paid time off and paid holidays Additional benefits and employee programs Employee discount Flexible schedule Referral program Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in healthcare , health and wellness , medical services , or a related industry Experience recruiting commission-based, inside-sales, outside-sales, or business-development professionals Familiarity with recruiting analytics and pipeline reporting Experience improving recruiting processes, interview practices, or employer-branding initiatives What Success Looks Like Consistently building a healthy pipeline of qualified sales candidates Filling open roles efficiently while maintaining hiring quality Providing candidates with professional, responsive, and positive experiences Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and company leadership Anticipating future hiring needs to help Vibrant Health Systems scale effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr Vibrant Health Systems
