Role Description The Finance Operation Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the financial and operational backbone of Smaart Power LLC. This role includes managing day-to-day financial processes such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable tracking, expense monitoring, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. The specialist will assist with project-related financial administration, including budget tracking, cost allocations, and financial status updates for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also involve maintaining financial records, preparing basic financial summaries, supporting operational workflows, and collaborating with sales and project teams to align financial operations with business objectives. The Finance Operation Specialist will work closely with leadership to improve financial procedures, streamline reporting, and maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.\n
