RN Med/SurgLocation: Panama City, FLShift/Schedule: Nights (7p-7a) | Full-TimeWhat You'll Do:The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Tasks and responsibilities include assessing plans and evaluating patient care needs.Qualifications Required:MUST have acute care RN experience (It doesn't need to be in Med/Surg) and must be within the last 3 years; Unless, you have several years of experience then it can be within the last 5 years!Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.Current BLS Certification.Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN – RequiredCustomer service abilities including effective listening skills.Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.Compensation & Benefits:Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. – Max $39.60/hr. (Must have 15 years of experience or more to be considered for Max)Shift diffs: $4.00/hr.
