Revenue Enablement Manager

The GoFundMe Pro team is searching for a Revenue Enablement Manager that supports onboarding, ongoing education, and enablement strategy for the revenue organization. This role blends program design, execution, and operations to ensure teams have the skills, content, and tools to perform and scale. The Job Program Design & Delivery Design scalable programs (e.g., structured 30/60/90 onboarding) Define learning objectives and success metrics Facilitate foundational training sessions and ensure consistency Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain LMS structure, content, and user experience Help build learning paths and certifications Track engagement, completion, and adoption Onboarding Lead core onboarding sessions (Welcome, NPO personas, Salesforce/tech stack, elevator pitch, sales stages overview, etc.) Partner with SMEs for advanced training (demos, deep dives, etc.) Equip managers with coaching frameworks and tools to support reinforcement of onboarding success Enablement Operations Own enablement calendaring (weekly/bi-weekly sessions) Coordinate onboarding cohorts with Talent Acquisition Manage session logistics and post-session resources Content & Messaging Maintain a centralized source of truth for enablement content Support continuous learning (product updates, refreshers) within LMS Measurement & Improvement Track onboarding effectiveness and ramp time Measure impact on revenue metrics (conversion, velocity) Iterate programs based on data and feedback Success Metrics Reduced ramp time and onboarding effectiveness LMS engagement and program adoption Impact on revenue performance metrics Stakeholder and manager satisfaction You 3-5+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement or related field LMS ownership/administration experience (Highspot) Strong program management, facilitation, and stakeholder skills Data-driven with ability to measure impact Familiarity with Salesforce and revenue tech stack preferred Why you’ll love it here Make an Impact: Be part of a mission-driven organization making a positive difference in millions of lives every year. The total annual salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $127,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
