About The Role The Business Development Representative role drives the early stages of the revenue pipeline by identifying target accounts, initiating strategic outreach, and booking qualified introductory meetings for account executives. Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven B2B SaaS environment, the role requires mastering high-volume outbound prospecting, leveraging modern sales tools, and effectively communicating value propositions to mid-market and enterprise decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Qualify inbound leads and outbound responses against strict Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and BANT criteria Book qualified discovery meetings for account executives and maintain a predictable pipeline of opportunities Utilize Salesforce CRM to meticulously log all communication, track activity metrics, and update prospect statuses Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to test messaging variants, sequences, and target account lists Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, company pain points, and relevant triggers for outreach What We Are Looking For 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing roles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or similar sales engagement tech stacks #J-18808-Ljbffr
