Purple Wave is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to represent our online auction services across the area. Overview In this role you will build trust with local equipment owners, contractors, fleet managers, farmers, ranchers, and business leaders, and become the go-to partner for Purple Wave in your territory. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition. Educate clients on equipment auction services and how they may utilize them to sell or buy used equipment. Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain communication with team members. Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process. Represent the company positively to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers. Raise awareness of upcoming auctions through promotion of auction inventory and packages. Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally. Represent Purple Wave as a participant in trade shows, conferences, and similar events. Undertake additional assigned duties as requested. Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum three (3) years of successful sales experience. Ability to travel extensively when required. Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, and government industries. Comfortable using various technologies, tools, and systems to share information electronically. Self‑motivated and able to take initiative to close deals. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. Background check will be required. Valid state driver’s license. Working Settings Full‑time, salaried, exempt; not eligible for overtime. Flexible schedule and ability to work outside standard business hours. Travel up to 75% of the time. Position is physically demanding: requires climbing, lifting, and handling equipment up to 50 lb. Compensation Competitive salary paid bi‑weekly. Base salary includes first‑year commission. Monthly commission based on contracted sales revenue, plus additional commissions for meeting minimum target values. Company vehicle, cell phone, and computer equipment provided.
