CPA - Staff Accountant - CEO $150k

Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for a CPA, Staff Accountant, or experienced accounting professional in Roseville, CA within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, and hands-on general ledger ownership in a stable, professional environment. The position offers strong visibility into company financial operations and the opportunity to contribute at a high level across accounting, reporting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation. Process and review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll transactions, and payroll reconciliations. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and related financial reports. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and help ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with GAAP. Support budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and process improvements across accounting and finance functions. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $150,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity.
