Job Summary

A direct hire opportunity is available for a CPA, Staff Accountant, or experienced accounting professional in Roseville, CA within the real estate and property management industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, payroll support, and hands-on general ledger ownership in a stable, professional environment.

The position offers strong visibility into company financial operations and the opportunity to contribute at a high level across accounting, reporting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. This is a great fit for a detail-oriented accounting professional who wants to work with supportive leadership, collaborate with a team, and grow into a broader financial leadership path.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Process and review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll transactions, and payroll reconciliations.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and related financial reports.
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and help ensure accurate accounting records in compliance with GAAP.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and process improvements across accounting and finance functions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $150,000 per year.
