Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health concerns and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and well-being.

• Setting and collaboratively tracking therapeutic goals with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

• Providing teletherapy sessions as needed, especially for clients with mobility issues or scheduling constraints.

• Maintaining accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold the highest professional standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, children, teens, and individuals from underrepresented communities, including clients of color and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid state-issued LMFT license.

• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including couples, families, and young clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based treatments for mental health issues. An understanding of cultural competency and sensitivity in dealing with various client demographics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
