Inventory & Warehouse Operations Leader

Inventory Control & Warehouse Manager | Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Leadership We are seeking a results-driven Inventory Control & Warehouse Manager to lead Materials, Shipping, and Receiving operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving inventory accuracy, ERP/MRP system integrity, warehouse efficiency, and disciplined material flow from receipt through shipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader with strong experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and process improvement initiatives. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Finance to improve performance, reduce errors, and support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations Ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions and system-driven inventory management Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency Manage cycle counting, barcode systems, WMS processes, and inventory location control Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies Develop and track KPIs including inventory accuracy, inventory turns, shipment accuracy, and on-time delivery Coach, develop, and hold warehouse and materials teams accountable to performance expectations and operational standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and customer delivery requirements Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Materials Management, or Warehouse Operations within manufacturing Strong ERP/MRP systems experience; SAGE and ScanTech experience preferred Experience with WMS systems, barcode scanning, cycle counting, and inventory controls Proven leadership and team development experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCCA investigation skills APICS/CPIM certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain and operations professional who thrives in a hands-on leadership environment focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr In-Finite Search Solutions
