You'll support content, social media, email and campaigns, turning plans into published work and keeping everything on schedule. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative side and the tracking that makes marketing measurable. About Your Client You'll be matched with a US-based founder or executive at a growing company. We match on skills, working style, and timezone before you start, and we run a setup call before your first day so the first weeks are smooth. Your Impact Small teams often have good marketing ideas and no time to ship them. You make sure content goes out consistently, campaigns run on time, and the founder can see what's working. Core Responsibilities Content & Social Media Draft, edit, and schedule social posts across platforms Help create blog posts, captions, and short-form content Maintain the content calendar and keep publishing on schedule Campaigns & Email Build and schedule email campaigns and newsletters Support campaign launches with copy, assets, and QA Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and partners Reporting & Operations Track performance metrics such as engagement, clicks, and conversions Compile simple weekly or monthly reports with takeaways Keep brand assets, templates, and marketing files organized Research competitors, trends, and content ideas Requirements Must-Have Professional English fluency with strong writing skills 2+ years in marketing, content, or social media Hands-on experience with social scheduling and email tools Attention to detail and consistent follow-through Basic analytics comfort A stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace Nice-to-Have Experience with Canva or basic design tools Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo Experience using AI tools for drafting and ideation Experience marketing to US audiences or startups Fully remote: work from anywhere in the MENA region with a stable internet connection Competitive salary: top-tier pay for your skills and experience Long-term contracts: we hire for lasting partnerships, not short projects Account Manager support: regular check-ins so you're never flying solo Room to grow: work alongside founders building real companies, with more ownership as you prove yourself #J-18808-Ljbffr VentureCopilot
