Sr. Director of Sales - REMOTE

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in North America, one of the largest and most critical markets. You will combine hands-on execution with leadership to manage complex enterprise deals, while building a high-performing team of sales executives. Your efforts will directly impact how organizations adopt innovative AI technologies, guiding major clients through long sales cycles and strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, as you lead the charge in expanding our reach and influence. Responsibilities Own the North American revenue number, forecasting, and pipeline strategy. Recruit, train, and retain top-tier Enterprise Account Executives. Engage in multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close complex deals. Define and execute the 'Land and Expand' strategy focused on high-value verticals. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure deal velocity. Requirements 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS Sales, with 3-5+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, or Customer Experience technologies. Proven track record of closing large ARR deals ranging from $250k to $1M+. Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger. Ability to build your own pipeline and empower your team with modern techniques. Business or Technical degree; MBA is a plus.
