SUMMARY

Opportunity for a driven Sales Account Manager to expand a specialized healthcare technology portfolio across an assigned regional territory. Lead new-business development and manage customer relationships with hospitals, diagnostic imaging facilities, and radiopharmacies, while owning the sales process from initial outreach through close.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, cold calling, and strategic account development for nuclear medicine equipment, software, and related services.
\n
• Manage opportunities from prospect qualification and proposals through pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract close.
\n
• Build relationships through virtual meetings and onsite customer visits with healthcare and radiopharmacy accounts.
\n
• Keep CRM records current, including customer activity, deal progression, pipeline projections, and territory forecasts.
\n
• Coordinate with technical application and service colleagues on demonstrations, implementation, and ongoing customer support.
\n
• Assess market trends and competitor activity to inform territory strategy and sales positioning.
\n
• Attend relevant industry conferences, professional meetings, and regional events to develop contacts and represent the product portfolio.
\n
• Deliver against established quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
\n
• Approximately 4–7 years of sales experience with demonstrated success generating new accounts and revenue.
\n
• Confident prospecting, cold-calling, and building an independent sales pipeline rather than relying primarily on existing business.
\n
• Practical experience with Salesforce preferred; comparable CRM expertise and consistent pipeline management practices considered.
\n
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned multi-state regional territory, including occasional extended travel as business needs require.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, prioritization, and customer relationship skills.
\n
• Capital equipment or medical device sales background preferred; exposure to nuclear medicine, medical imaging, or radiopharmacy is advantageous.
\n
• Comfortable working independently from a home office while collaborating with sales, service, and technical support teams.
