Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Job Duties:
- Data Entry
- Typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, training material, and signatures
- Updating database, records, and department matrix
- Translation of documents from English to Spanish
- Assisting with the preparation of the HACCP team meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of the 3rd-party audits as SQF
- Records management: Organizing and maintaining binders, Documentation, etc. per audit needs
- Collect employees' signatures in the Food Safety and GotSafety Trainings
- Scheduling & meeting support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, arranging meetings
Skills/Requirements:
- Must be able to work in an office environment (1 year preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
- Must have a experience with data entry and filing
- Professional, dependable, and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience working office equipment (scanners/printers)
- MUST be Bilingual: English & Spanish (Read & Write)
