We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Clerk to join our client's team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting administrative and accounting functions through document management, invoice processing, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and electronically organize business documents and records.
• File and maintain physical and digital documentation accurately.
• Match purchase orders (POs) with corresponding invoices and supporting documentation.
• Retrieve and pull documents as requested by internal departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to accounting and office operations.
• Ensure records are complete, organized, and easily accessible.
• Support the accounting team with document verification and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
• Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with invoices and purchase orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an accounting or finance department.
• Familiarity with document management and filing systems.
