- Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, accruals)
- Proficiency in office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
- Approve freight and 3rd party invoices
- Review and dispute incorrect charges with freight carriers
- file freight carrier claims
- enter invoices into quick books
- Process ACH remittances to vendors
