Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeLong Medical Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to couples and families, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.

• Offer specialized support for issues ranging from alcohol abuse and psychological trauma to grief and loss, making use of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage clients in individual sessions as appropriate, focusing on issues such as job stress, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with medical professionals and community partners to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
