Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Illinois
• Preferred previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment

• Ability to assess student needs and develop effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and referral data
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic participation and functional skills
• Conduct formal and informal evaluations of students’ abilities and needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to each student
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Attend meetings, professional development, and collaborate on best practices within the school environment
