You will orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional M&A efforts, leading through ambiguity and championing change to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. You'll work out of the office with the team on a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in either San Francisco, Seattle or New York. What You'll Actually Be DoingStrategic Execution: Development and execute acquisition integration strategy. Partner with a large cross-functional team to orchestrate impactful integration planning and execution throughout the deal lifecycle. Stakeholder Influence & Alignment: Cultivate and leverage strong, trusted cross-functional relationships to drive alignment, skillfully negotiate complex trade-offs, and navigate challenges essential to meeting all integration objectives.Critical Thinking & Agile Decision-Making: Apply critical and strategic thinking to proactively challenge assumptions, generate innovative solutions, and enable agile decision-making. The typical base salary range for this position is $150,100 - $227,000 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $180,200 - $247,900 annually.
