Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each patient's needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews and direct observations to tailor personalized treatment.

• Integrate social, medical, and psychological data to develop effective treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic interventions, including psychotherapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and skill training.

• Establish both short-term and long-term treatment objectives to monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments to therapy approaches.

• Facilitate open dialogue with patients, encouraging them to explore their feelings and behaviors for deeper self-understanding.

• Design and oversee treatment programs that address mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction, pain management, and relational difficulties, while collaborating closely with other healthcare providers.

• Document all clinical services meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to maintain comprehensive patient records.
