Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of families and couples to identify challenges and create individualized treatment plans.

• Document and maintain accurate records of sessions, client progress, and treatment efficacy in compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on families and couples from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges such as relationship conflicts, parenting issues, mental health concerns, and communication barriers. You will leverage a systemic perspective to address these issues effectively, facilitating interventions that foster understanding and cooperation within families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of all state-mandated licenses to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
