Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering outstanding benefits upon conversion. The company is looking for a dedicated individual to support daily accounting operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash reporting
- General accounting functions
- Month-end close support
- Check runs and payment processing
- Researching and resolving discrepancies
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
Required Work Hours
The role is fully onsite, with work hours typically from Monday to Friday.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
