Sales Support Specialist

This role is based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX. This is your chance to be part of a Sales Support Team that helps achieve success for Hilton for Business and key promotional partnerships, including American Express. You will be reporting to a Manager, on the Sales Support Team.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll work closely with Hilton Sales teams, clients, and hotels to provide program support, answer questions, audit rates, manage reporting, and ensure processes run smoothly. Your work will directly help our sellers spend more time building relationships and growing business while you help improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

This is more than an administrative roleit's an opportunity to collaborate with teams across Hilton, contribute to process improvements, support special projects, and help shape better ways of working. You'll help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplicate efforts, and enhance the tools and services that support our customers and sales teams.

What you'll do during a typical day:

• Manage multiple requests using Salesforce and other internal Hilton systems.
• Act as the dedicated follow-up for accounts, Hilton account owners, and provide dedicated support for both internal and external customers and hotels.
• Maintain Inboxes to support inquiries from hotels and clients.
• Assist with enhancements to improve processes to increase productivity.
• Assist with coverage for your Sales work group to address out-of-office situations, customer and hotel needs, and support for accounts.
• Perform a daily review of business demands and work on action plans to address opportunities within your respective Sales team.
• Manage different administrative and ad hoc projects.

How you'll collaborate with others:

• Collaborate and create documentation for both internal and external customers.
• Participate in recurring, informative, peer-to-peer cross-training, team-building, and cross-team events with the support teams.
• Partner with LNR, Commercial and Automation teams on Sales system improvement testing.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

• Participate in and help complete annual departmental objectives.
• Maintain an understanding of Hilton promotional program rules/goal that pertains to your area of support.
• Build ideas to troubleshoot the team's current stressors and contributors to work/life balance, and areas where time or resources are being wasted.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year strong administrative and support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
• Experience within the travel and/or sales support industry
• Hybrid work schedule - Three (3) days onsite in our Addison, TX office and two (2) days working from home

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience with systems that power Hilton's sales infrastructure is helpful (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

The pay range for this role is $23.50-$25.00 hourly and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
