Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and tailored to each patient's recovery objectives.
• Utilize hands-on therapeutic techniques, including manual therapies and therapeutic exercise modalities, to facilitate patient rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote independence and long-term health.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Stay informed with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate innovative techniques into patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Active Life Physiotherapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Your expertise will play an essential role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy or related fields, demonstrating proficiency in rehabilitative practices.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and evaluate various therapeutic techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
