Description Job Title Senior Marketing Manager Location Wellesley, MA - Preferred Boston, MA Woonsocket, RI New York / Soho area, NY Chicago, IL Position Description We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content Marketing Strategy to lead the content strategy and storytelling engine for a retail media organization. This role will own how the organization shows up in the market-from messaging and positioning to content channels and timing. The Senior Manager will develop and execute a differentiated content strategy that strengthens the brand, establishes a clear point of view within the retail media industry, and drives engagement with advertisers, agencies, and industry audiences. Roles Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overarching content marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Establish content pillars, editorial point of view, and messaging frameworks.
• Build and manage annual and quarterly content calendars aligned with business priorities, product launches, consumer insights, industry trends, events, and key industry moments.
• Identify opportunities to turn company data, insights, innovation, partnerships, and client stories into compelling content and thought leadership.
• Develop an editorial strategy balancing timely industry commentary with evergreen content.
• Partner with PR and communications teams to develop earned media opportunities, contributed content, executive POVs, interviews, industry commentary, and announcements.
• Establish processes for content intake, prioritization, development, approvals, and publication within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Manage external agencies and partners as needed, providing strategic direction, briefs, and feedback.
• Establish content KPIs across owned, earned, and paid channels and use performance data to continuously improve the strategy.
• Monitor competitive and industry trends to identify content opportunities and market gaps.
• Translate channel and audience performance into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, communications, editorial strategy, or a related field.
• Experience preferably within B2B, advertising, media, technology, commerce, or retail.
• Demonstrated experience owning a content strategy and editorial calendar across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of retail media, commerce media, digital advertising, or adtech.
• Ability to independently develop credible content and points of view on industry topics.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to make complex business, technology, and media concepts engaging and accessible.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
