Location: La Mesa, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in La Mesa, San Diego. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to customers while responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records. This role has the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule down the road after training.

Job Duties:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  
• Provide assistance in both English and Spanish
  
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
  
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
  
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service goals
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  
• Previous high-volume call center or customer service experience
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong computer and data entry skills
  
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  

Assignment Details:

• Contract to hire role
  
• Onsite
  
• Located in La Mesa, San Diego
  
• Compensation: $24.00 per hour
  
• Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
