Cost Accountant (Manufacturing) | Hybrid Schedule | Temp-to-Hire Immediate Need | Houston, TX Area Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity . Compensation $45.00 - $ 50.00/hour Strong potential for permanent hire Annual bonus eligibility upon conversion Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule 3-4 days work from home 1 day per week in the office Must live in the Houston, TX area What You'll Do Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production-related financial data Support standard costing processes and cost-related reporting Investigate variances and provide actionable business insights Partner with operations and plant leadership on cost analysis and financial performance Assist with month-end close activities and manufacturing reporting Leverage ERP data to improve visibility into product and operational costs Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required 5+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience required Strong cost accounting and standard costing experience required SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical abilities Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment Why Apply?
