Responsibilities Manage the loan origination process from application through closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Conduct thorough assessments of client financial situations to determine appropriate loan products. Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients and third-party vendors. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage lending. Requirements Proven experience as a Loan Officer with an active NMLS Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing processes Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple loans simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all transactions.
