Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and collect blood specimens following aseptic techniques and protocols
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions against EMR records, documenting collection details
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate blood draw timing with clinic operations
• Serve as liaison between patients, field sales, and operations teams for inquiries and issue resolution
• Track specimens, maintain collection logs, and proactively communicate delays or cancellations
