We are looking for experienced Litigators with at least five years of insurance defense experience, particularly in premises liability defense. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and make a significant impact.

*What You’ll Do:*

* Handle insurance defense litigation with a heavy focus on premises liability.
* Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, draft and argue discovery and dispositive motions, and prepare cases for trial.
* Manage a caseload with a focus on quality client service and efficient case resolution.
* Track and meet minimum billable hour requirements (150 hours/month).
* Leverage Microsoft 365, document management systems, and billing software to stay organized and productive.

*Requirements*:

* Experience: Minimum 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience (premises liability strongly preferred).
* Proven expertise in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, document management, and time tracking for billables.
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

*Compensation and Benefits:*

* Salary:
* Attorneys with trial experience or interest in trials: $180,000+ annual salary, plus step-up/performance bonuses for billing over 150 hours.
* Attorneys with less trial experience: $130,000–$150,000 annual salary, plus bonuses for exceeding billable expectations.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
