Responsibilities 4A-1 is a Medical Surgical, 32-bed adult unit in the University Hospital that opened in December 2025. 4A-1 provides care primarily for adult medical surgical patients. 4A-1 is a fast paced, challenging and rewarding medical-surgical unit for the new graduate nurse or experienced nurses.

Required Qualifications Current Michigan RN license

• GN applicants will be considered for this position. The selected Graduate Nurse candidate must pass the NCLEX and obtain a Michigan RN license prior to start date.

In order to be considered for this position the applicant must have met or will have met all the required qualifications prior to the start date of employment.

• BSN preferred
• One (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse
• Previous Medical Surgical RN exp
