Regional Channel Manager

Your expertise will directly impact the success of our partners and strengthen Spectrum Business’ presence in the communities we serve.How You’ll Make an Impact   Develop and implement recruitment strategies for channel agents and resellers within your territoryOrganize and maintain event playbooks and collateral supplies to streamline recruitment activitiesEnsure seamless onboarding and training of channel partners with comprehensive communication materialsProvide targeted sales support for new business opportunities and assist agents throughout the sales processGuide agents on effective solutions for new products, services and promotions to maximize sales outcomesOversee timely and accurate processing of agent orders and preparation of quotes and proposalsManage channel partner programs, productivity tools and online services to enhance performanceCoordinate product presentations, demonstrations and proposals for channel agentsReview and approve project ROI submissions, ensuring compliance with Spectrum Business guidelinesMonitor CRM queues and dashboards for channel performance, maintaining a hiring funnel as neededPrepare monthly rolling forecasts and analyze variances with management to optimize sales strategyCollaborate with Spectrum Business’ marketing teams to shape channel identity and leverage public speaking opportunitiesWorking Conditions   Office environmentTravel as neededWhat You’ll Bring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experienceExperience   6+ years of sales accounts experience3+ years of channel sales experience3+ years of management experienceSkills   Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishProven ability to sell business communications solutions to large clientsValid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and auto insuranceAbility to find creative solutions for complex problemsAbility to maintain confidentialityEffective prioritization and organization skillsProficiency in personal computer and software applications such as SalesforceStrategic negotiating skillsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesSkilled written and oral communication with all management levelsBusiness acumen and understanding of broadband and telecommunication business practicesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyContract negotiation experiencePreferred QualificationsSkillsExtensive knowledge of channel sales and multi-tier reseller business models#LI-WJ1 SCH330 2026-81438 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.The base pay for this position generally is between $69,200.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
